  1. Tiara makes a fairly good boat by today's standards.  I do not think it would be my choice for a live aboard.

    1.  Not enough room for storage, this will be your home.

    2.  Not enough capacity in water and waste tankage.

    3.  Not enough windows below,  like living in a coffin.

    4.   Not enough insulation, fiberglass is a sweaty material in cold weather.

    5.   Not much chance to change things as everything is built in.

    6.   35 feet is very little to live in.  It would make a studio apt. seem huge.

    7.  Not a fan of the IPS drives.  Too expensive, nothing to protect props,  transmission costs 14000.00,  corrosion prone,  joystick is expensive to replace and wears out easily(no good ship handler would stoop to using a joystick)

    8.  An older, larger(not huge, 45-50 feet), with a more live aboard friendly layout would be much more pleasant to live aboard.  Steel, a lot of extra insulation, pilothouse design(acts like a family room when not underway), forward stateroom away from galley and salon,  large tankage, slow turning non turbo single engine, full keel protected prop, large rudder, large engine room for tools, spares, etc.
