Ticket for not wearing glasses?

i got a ticket for not wearing my glasses. However those were reading glasses and dont require them while driving at all. my license said that i had the restriction. So i took the eye test and got the restriction removed. I still have to go to the court. Will i still be charged if, i dont have the restriction anymore?

Try to fight it is court & take you chances. Get a letter from your eye doctor or from the examiner who lifted the restrictions. Either that or just pay the fine & move on with your life.

You can contest that at court and you might be able to have it removed if you don't require the need to wear glasses.
