Lets say we have insurance A, which had 2 tickets put on it, while i was driving my mom's car, but those have completely been taken cared of. If i were to get Insurance B and if i were to get another ticket while driving my mom's car would the points go on my mom's insurance or would it go on my insurance instead. I'd like to know so my mom wouldn't have to worry about having to pay so much if i were to get a third ticket.

  1. Your tickets go on your driving record. Whether you have insurance A or insurance B, both will look up your driving record before deciding how much to charge your mother.  One will probably be cheaper, but thats just to try to get more business and offer a deal. In Ohio, tickets come off your record after 3 years, I don't know other states but you may want to find that out for your state.  So if you live in Ohio your insurance will see those tickets for three years.
