Tickets and Backstage Passes! How Do I Get Them??

I really really need to go to a Miley Cyrus concert this year and shes going on tour for her new album "Breakout". There are no dates yet but that just gives me more time to save up. I pretty much know how to get tickets, but! I would like to know how to get REALLY GOOD tickets, and I would like to know how to get some backstage passes so I can meet her and stuff! Anybody know how to do that?

  1. join a fan group... they usually can get tickets before they go on sale
