Tickets for Shakespeare in the Park's Hair?

I want to see Hair at the Delacorte theatre. I know the tickets are free, but can I pre-order them? Also, if I can't, what time should I get there?

I don't think you can.... people have been lining up for them very early in the morning (even though they don't go on sale til the evening). I think there were even people camped out. The show got a really good review and they're talking about a Broadway transfer so tix are tough to get.
