Tickets for thriving ivory and secondhand serenade?

thriving ivory, i hate Kate, Corey Lamb, and secondhand serenade are coming to east Lansing October 8th to the small planet. i don't know what kind of place that is because i cant find a website for it, is it a bar? or what? and where can i get tickets? Ticketmaster doesn't have tickets.

To get tickets you would probably have to contact someone at the place they are scheduled to play. I found this: 16800 S Chandler Rd in East Lansing Contact: 517-351-6230 ...could that maybe be it?
