Tickets from ticketmaster, do they always turn up thay say up to 1 week before, but i am starting to panic?

i ordered my tickets for foo fighters back in december i think, on the invoice on the internet they say they will deliver them in the week leading up to the event,

i am going to see them on 6 june

the tickets havent turned up yet,

i know they arent due for another 2 weeks,

have you used ticket master for tickets for anything

do they always turn up

when i phone ticket master the answer machine message says it will not help answer enquiries until beginning june for chasing delivery times of the tickets

So far my tickets always turned up but usually it was just about the time I was starting to panic.

The web site was particularly useless as it was still showing my last set of tickets were "in preparation" when they had arrived so not much help there.

I also Emailed them after the date when they said my tickets should have arrived (and hadn't) and got no reply.

Things would be much better if they sent the tickets out as soon as the credit card is authorised and then if you did not get them with say 3 weeks to go there is time to sort it out.  Maybe if you complain with 2 days to go they really sort it out but I am not sure how they would be able to.

For customer service I give them about 3 out of 10.

You've still got plenty of time.  

The tickets will arrive in the week before 6th June.

Ticketmaster do an excellent service and they're highly organised.  You are their client and they're going to take care of you and ensure you get your ticket(s) on time.

You should be okay.

Sometimes the tickets aren't released until a week or so before to help avoid fraud and reselling of the tickets.

I seem to remember our Live Earth ones didn't turn up until close  to the date.
