Tickets go on sale for FIVB 2011 World League in USA – Volleyball news
The 2011 FIVB Men’s World League is coming up in next month of May.
The tournament will start off on May 27 and sixteen best volleyball squads from across the globe will stage thrilling competitions. The 2011 World League will be hosted by various countries of the world.
Some cities of United States are also lined-up to set the field of play for World League competitions. A total of six matches will be played at three U.S. venues. In this regard, the USA Volleyball has recently announced the sale of tickets.
The 2011 FIVB World League will make three stops at the following U.S. venues:
Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, Ill Reynolds Centre in Tulsa, Oklahoma Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California
In fact, the tickets are already on sale for two of the venues including Hoffman Estates, Illinois and Long Beach, California. The online sale of tickets for the matches in Tulsa, Oklahoma has been announced to start on Saturday, April 9. Besides the online
sale, while the tickets will be available at box office on Monday.
The Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates will host the first U.S. stop of 2011 FIVB World League on June 17. The U.S. Men’s National Volleyball Team will take on Poland. Two matches will be played between these two teams on 17th and 18th of June.
Tickets for these two matches can be obtained via official website of Sears Centre and through Box Office (5333). Ticket prices range from $15 to $25 depending on the seating plan.
In the next run, the Reynolds Centre at the University of Tulsa will host the action. The U.S. Men’s Team will cross their ways with World No. Brazil on June 24-25. This is an important match and it is expected to attract majority of fans to the sports arena.
The Volleyball fans can purchase the tickets online or they can visit the venue in person. Tickets are also available at box office (800). The Ticket prices for Tulsa Centre rage from $8 to $20.
The 2011 FIVB World League will make the final stop at the Walter Pyramid in Long Beach, California. The matches are scheduled to be played on July 1-2, while teams from USA and Puerto Rico will take positions at the centre court. The ticket purchasing process
is similar. Fans can go to the Beach State athletics website or visit the venue in person. The box office option is also available to obtain tickets.
The Chief Executive Officer of USA Volleyball, Doug Beal stated, “We are glad to be able to bring World League to Southern California and its many volleyball fans. We look forward to some big crowds and exciting matches against Puerto Rico.”
