Tickets in leeds?

is there any way to get concert/gig tickets in leeds that doest involve the internet

three times now a site has taken my money and never sent the tickets

does anyone know of any shops or people around the leeds area in the uk

there used to be cavendish travel which did concert/gig tickets which i have used in the past the last time i used them was in 2000 when i last saw bonjovi up in gateshead and i do know that they send the tickets out a week before the gig ...hope it helps
