Tickets to JB....?

the place i wanna go to for the jonas brothers concert is Wheatland CA. this is the ticket thing: http://www.ticketliquidator.com/tix/Tickets.aspx?evtid=796326

and the ones i want are:

1.Section: LAWN Row: GA2 TF $59.00 each

2. Section: LAWN Row: GA $51.00 each.

but my dad said that GA is general addmission and that they aren't good seats. well i was all excited that i was going and then he told me that. i guess i might be able to find a job but there is a down side to it. all i have is $18 and i can earn 60 more.what are the best seats on that list that i could buy?

summary: what are the best seats i could get in a low price range from that list?

Lawn seats are good. There not so good but not so bad. Out of the cheapest price, maybe those.
