Tictac Diamond heading market for Molson Coors Sprint Trophy at Nottingham
Tictac Diamond’s impressive track record is enough for the bookmakers to give him the highest starting price for Molson Coors Sprint Trophy, set to take place at Nottingham on Monday, April 16th.
The black dog failed to put up a fine effort last time out, as he finished fourth on the chart. Yet, the bookies are showing faith in his ability to spring up a surprise.
At the start of this month, T. Jameson’s trainee did a great job to secure the top position in a 305 metres heat. He will look to repeat the show and secure a comprehensive triumph in today’s competition.
The Grade OR event is set to start at 21:52 GMT. In pursue of a cash price of £150, six quality hounds will unleash their talent on the track.
Their names are: Tictac Diamond, Salacres Vision, Ballymac Elite, Munster Hayes, Jolly Rumble and Killerk Sammy.
Tictac Diamond has an obvious chance, but there is no shortage of alternatives. Salacres Vision is full of confidence after his recent success at Doncaster.
On April 09, the blue dog exhibited a splendid show to seize the top spot by one and a half lengths. It was Salacres Vision’s first journey after a gap of more than five months, however, the hound looked in good rhythm
Ballymac Elite has been performing consistently over the past few weeks. After grabbing a classy success on March 10, the white and blue dog went on to seal the runner-up place in two consecutive races. He is in good shape at the moment and just needs something
different to shine.
Munster Hayes won two of his last three races. At the end of last month, the black dog was mighty impressive. Despite being bumped at the first bend, he topped the chart by a healthy margin of three and a quarter lengths.
According to our calculations, it is going to be a three way battle between Tictac Diamond, Ballymac Elite and Munster Hayes. Every contestant will have to be at his best in order to pocket the winning prize. We wish the best of luck to everyone.
