Tidy Cats Breeze Litterbox??

I have one of the newer tidy cats breeze litter box (for anyone who doesn't know it does NOT use regular cat litter.) I love the litter box EXCEPT when a cat has diarrhea, then it is the mst disgusting MESS in the world. Anyone who has this litter box I am sure will agree : P My questions is, it is believed that one of my cats have IBS (irritable Bowl Syndrome) and has diarrhea A LOT!!! The litter for the cat box is high PLUS it is really hard to find sometimes. I was wondering if anybody had ever tried a similar type of litter in this litter box before, and if so how did it work? I was thinking about using a different pellet litter like, Yesterdays News??????? The other litter comes in a way bigger bag and is cheaper (yesterdays news etc.)

I just started using the Breeze litter box.  I found the extra pellets at Wal-Mart for about $6.  I agree the refill bag is very small.  Try Yesterdays News, however I don't know if you can use the breeze pooper scooper. The size of the pellets may not work, but it wouldn't hurt to try.

Sorry to hear about your kitty's IBS.  Can the vet give you some meds for it?  Or maybe try a different food it may correct the problem.  If you give the cat milk, that may also be the cause.
