Tigers hat spike?

is it possible through science . to calculate tiger hat spike speed , into the speed of a pitch from pitchers mound to home plate . it hurt to watch . yhank have to go invest penny stocks into spikeable golf headware

Just time the spike, and the distance that the hat went.  That will give you the speed.

Not only is it possible, it's easy. Exactly how far did the hat travel in exactly how much time? From that you can calculate the MPH.

time and distance will give you speed but to give you force you need much more information; such as weight of the hat,density of the air, shape of the hat ,firction of the hat and the grass it hit.

LOL.  The best part was the photographer who busted out of there like a bomb was going off  (he was squatting on the rough on top of the green).  That was hilarious!
