Tight f******n.....?

Question

I went camping for a couple of days and was unable to keep "clean" as i normally would... and when i cant keep it clean then well it gets dirty and sometimes infected... its been infected and swollen a couple days ago and now its all cleaned...

however i cannot pull back my f******n to its normal position and it isn't swollen anymore just really tight... it is really annoying and I'm worried... iv tried to m********e and somehow i managed to have a REALLY MASSIVE hard-on but still cannot pull it all the way back...

i need suggestions and help

You may have a thrush or fungal infection and that tends to tighten up the f******n. Try getting a tube of Canesten, Monostat or something similar from a pharmacy. If that doesn't work see a f******n-friendly doctor. NOCIRC or its affiliates can refer you. The infection may have caused scarring and that can make the f******n stay tight. Once the doc is happy any infection is cured you can try stretching with the help of Betamethasone cream. See my instructions for how to stretch.

did it grow? cuz you said "REALLY MASSIVE" and that sounds like it grew allot. unless you mean its really hard. um, that might not be good. but don't settle for my question. even though its not really that helpful haha. but yea.

Try pulling it back gently, repeatedly, day by day. However, try to see if you can get under it, and clean it there ( under the head), It can be that there’s still dibree under the head,  that is holding the skin back. All you do - do, do not over exhaust it. When it starts to hurt, stop, and give it a rest. About the MASSIVE, size, that can probably be as a result of you not masturbating for the time while on the trip. If noting works, and it does not get back to normal in about a week, i recommend seeing your doctor.

Try this also, place the head of your p***s in some warm water, and rest it there for a while, it can loosen the skin, and can possibly clean out whatever is hold it back in there.
