  1. You really should see an orthopedic surgeon about your knee.  I experienced the burning pain and lack of flexability that you mention when I snapped the ACL ligament in my right knee 22 years ago.  I toughed it out and didn't have anything done to correct the problem and today I have a very bad knee, with no cartilage that quite frankly needs to be replaced.  It could have all been avoided if I had just done what was neccessary at the time.  Your injury may not be that bad, perhaps just a cartilge tear, but is it really worth the risk??

  2. Take some motrin and perhaps put a splint or an ace bandage around it so it won't move very freely and can heal. Also try to avoid walking.

  3. ya you must of hurt some ting in your knee sadly the knee is easily injured. like me i have an injured knee from wrestling. i would go to your doctor and consult with him
