Tile Work - Bathroom

Question

I bought some nice tiles to lay in 2 bathrooms in my home. I'm not real comfortable doing it myself (but I will if need be). I found a guy to do it on the side that I am confident will do a good job but he wants $270.00 for the job.

The bathrooms are about 20 sqft. a piece.

Is this a good price or should I work him down....or just do it myself...?

Check the guy out first.

thats good price are you furnishing all the stuff then have him come down 70 dollars if he is bringint the stuff that is fine.
