Tiller transmittion problems.

I have a Husqvarna Tiller/650rRTT and it will not shift into reverse. It has not been used much at all. Was working great untill this happened. It still looks new. Any ideas to solve this problem. I have heard these tillers have this problem sometimes. Thanks
