Tim Cahill backs Qatar for 2022 FIFA World Cup after failed Australian bid – FIFA World Cup news 
Everton midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Tim-Cahill-c35085, has insisted that Qatar could prove to be great hosts after winning their bid to stage the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Cahill was a part of the Aussie bid team that lost it to Qatar. He mentioned that the country is very hot and
the only thing that the Middle Eastern nation would have to do is to install air conditioners in every corner of the ground. He was rather being friendly towards the officials and not sarcastic.
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Qatar-c2986 officials prepared an outstanding presentation and the one which deserved to be acknowledged. He added that it was the best presentation he had ever witnessed and backed the country to host the elite tournament.
Since winning their bid to host the tournament, Qatar football federation has gone through some difficult times. Their victory has been overshadowed by controversies such as corruption and bribery allegations but the Evertonian confirmed that no such thing
has come to his knowledge.
The 31-year-old added, "I was there for the bid and saw their presentation being made. To be totally honest with you, it was the best presentation I saw and the most impressive. I've never seen anything like it."
Cahill hoped that his Australian unit could qualify for the tournament in 2022 and wished to be present there with the team. He certainly wrote off the chances of him playing in the competition, saying that his age would not allow him to feature on the pitch.
He reckoned that the conditions would be severe especially for the visitors and urged the Qatari Football Federation to take some steps regarding this issue.
He concluded by saying, "Qatar is one of the richest countries in the world and the thing is they will give every chance of making it happen. And if it means sticking air conditioning in every stadium and things like that, that's what they're going to have
to do."

Since joining the Toffees in 2004, the 31-year-old has made 194 League appearances and has 54 goals to date. He also has made 52 international
