Day three of the 2011 Australia State Teams Age Group Short Course Championships saw the staggering performance of Tim Cottam in Canberra, Australia, on Monday, September, 19. The session of the meet conducted the Boys 16-17 years old 100m breast-stroke final race.
In the corresponding swim, Tim Cottam of NSW touched the finishing wall in 1 minute and 02.78 seconds to win gold medal on the podium. After the splash, Cottam was pleased with his impeccable swim in the competition. Meanwhile, Tommy Sucipto of WA took home the silver medal by submitting an impressive time of 1 minute and 03.12 seconds.
On the other hand, Jake Packard of QLD earned bronze medal in the respective meet by posting a stunning time of 1 minute and 03.61 seconds. Jesse King of NSW earned fourth place honours after he ended his swim in a time of 1 minute and 03.65 seconds, while Jare Gilliland of QLD rounded out the top five in a time of 1 minute and 04.54 seconds.
In the corresponding race, Andrew Digby of QLD was placed sixth in a time of 1 minute and 04.75 seconds,whereas, Jordan Chivers of VIC earned seventh place honours in a time of 1 minute and 04.85 seconds. Robert Evans of WA finished eighth in a time of 1 minute and 05.31 seconds, while Lennard Bremer of WA earned ninth spot after he touched the finishing wall in a time of 1 minute and 05.45 seconds
Jame Mckechnie of SA settled tenth in a time of 1 minute and 06.52 seconds. Moreover, Ryan h**e of NSW was placed eleventh with a mark of 1 minute and 07.30 seconds. In addition, Alec Guerzoni of TAS settled twelfth in a time of 1 minute and 08.45 seconds, while Ethan Rump of SA was placed thirteenth after he ended his swim in a time of 1 minute and 10.94 seconds.
The arena applauded for the immaculate swims of all competitors, while the winners were awarded with medals and accolades for their performances.
