Tim Hortons has a corporate policy that is followed by all stores that states that they re-open this morning at 8:00 am and are back to regular 24 hour operations. The only exceptions are the non-traditionals, such as mall kiosks etc.

Update: went thru the drive thru a couple of hours ago...they're open as I stated earlier.
