Timber retailers in Singapore?

Can someone please tell me the place in Singapore having most Timber trader's outlets. I need to buy some small quantity of wooden planks for some DIY stuff.

Try the Sungei Kadut area. Google Sungei Kadut and timber and you'll get a lot of addresses. Many furniture factories are there. Your other option if u don't want to go Sungei kadut is Bedok North Industrial. I think they have some timber dealers there. I remember seeing many carpentry shops there so there must be some timber dealers.
