  1. Yes, I have some tips, but can't get around to writing them down at the moment.... oh oh, guess I have the same problem.   The main issue here is that we tend to let our mood dictate when we will take action, and only act if we feel it is the right time.  That process of mood being the basis of action, lets the ego have fun dribbling away time.  So if you want to get things done, then don't trust the ego for a while, and give yourself timeliness.  Practice surrendering to doing what needs to be done, by a specific time.  It is tough to break a habit, which procrastination is, so will power can be built up it you want.  One tip someone brought up a long time ago was to put a rubber band on your wrist.  Everytime you notice you start to want to avoid a deadline for a task, snap the band on your wrist... a little feedback to remind yourself of the resolve you made in a more proactive space.  You can't be that bad, for you actually did write a question, with good spelling and an ending.... good luck.

  2. Write everything down for a month or so.After that you won't need to because your concentration level will be honed.
