I would have to say that real LOVE makes TIME stand still. I say this from experience, but also I have heard it mentioned many times how a person is in an intense, genuine relationship with someone and they are having such a great time, and it is like time stands still, it is only the two of them.  

I think love can make the time all the more sweeter, more enjoyable, and filled with nothing but quality.

An excellent question. I think that love and time, in the first part of a relationship, are necessary but in the last part of it time makes love miserable....

When is there right time for love, or when is there time not right for love?

Then, if there is nothing better than love for human heart to seek and love is for all time’s sake, and love is the ultimate objective of an entire life. A discontent heart earnestly seeks love through all time, in all things. There could be hurt, and pain, but only for sometime.
