Time Warner Cable..... Customers?

Question

Ok I'm debating on taking Time Warner on as our Service Provider..... The one that I'm currently with is just horrible...

SO my ? is...

1. Are you satisfied as a customer?

2. Are there ever any hidden fee's on your monthly bill? or is it always the same? Give or take a few buck's?

and there overall service... is it good?

I like Time Warner, I just go with above 70 something channel plan and I don't have any hidden fees or anything. I'm pretty simple so I don't really need any extras, if you keep it that way you won't get any hidden fees. I've learned that with Time Warner as well as phone and internet service. :)

I don't know how TWC is in your area, but in mine it is horrible. I experience Internet death frequently after midnight, and yeah, they are probably working on the 'system' but dang it, I do a lot A LOT of stuff overseas and that is prime time for me.

The TV service is so-so, nothing to brag about, and I recently noticed that they have begun blocking my ability to record programs that I am paying for, that really ticks me off, and I am going to do a post here about it to see if it is common among all the cable outfits, if it is, its time for the DISH!

I cannot recommend them at all, but I have no choice in cable, so it is Dish time if I want to change service...

Fees, bucks and their... I was correcting your grammar...

I happen to be a customer. If you have a choice, I don't, I wouldn't choose them. The thing I like best is their Road Runner service but here's what I have. I have basic, standard and road runner and no HBO or any premium channels. I do not have their phone service and I pay $106 a month. Mind you when you first get the road runner it's cheaper.

My service is not all that great. The guide is always slow and many times it's incomplete and wrong. When you call them you have to wait at least five to ten minutes on average to talk to someone.

Telemarketers keep calling me to get me to switch to their digital phone service.
