Time Warner Cable guide is not appearing on my TV?

I can not see the guide on my TV when using my remote. I can still change channels but not shows up on my TV such what I am watching. How can I fix this?

  1. Have you tryed calling TimeWarner first?

    1-888-TW-CABLE

    If you have already than try UnPluging your digital box for 10seconds to 5minutes and see if things improve.  

    Or getting your service provider to reset the box.
