Time Warner Cable... messed up?

Question

Okay, I just turned on my tv and my cable is all different looking when i click on guide. Also, it doesnt let me click list for my recorded shows! Whats going on??? Any one else having this prob. w/ time warner???

try rebooting the cable box by doing this hold down the power button until it reboots it worked for me

U might have the new Navigator (Time Warner's new program guide) if the guide is a dark blue then u have the new guide

try resetting the cable box.  unplug it for 15-30 seconds and plug it back in.  let it reboot for about 10-15 minutes.  If that doesnt work call time warner
