Time Warner Calbe-some channels wont show up!?

Question

i have time warner cable and now some of my channels like usa and bet will not show up others like mtv and vh1 will take a while to come up, anybody here know what to do?

This is a easy fix. if you go to the botton of your cable box look for the reset button and reset the box. if you have DVR I am afraid that will erase the saved shows. but this is what comcast will do... good luck
