Time Warner - Road Runner, Phone and Cable - Is it worth it?

I am moving and I am wanting to save some money. I have AT&T phone and DSL now. Is Time Warner better for the money?

cable modem is faster then DSL... normally a few dollars more then DSL, but then again the phone service is usually cheaper then a landline phone...
