Time diference..help GMT+3?

i always get confused about this time diferencess.....

If it is 23h by GMT+3...what time is in Serbia than...i can't get in which time zone does serbia fits....

  1. Serbia is GMT+2. Moscow, Russia is GMT+3.  23 hrs is 11:00 p.m. Subtact one hour and it is 10:00 p.m. in Serbia.
