  1. GMT: Greenwhich Mean Time, England is GMT +0.

    Depends on the Province:

    Nova Scotia:GMT - 4

    New Brunswick: GMT - 4

    P.E.I: GMT - 4

    Quebec: GMT - 5

    Newfoundland & Labrador: GMT - 4

    Ontario: GMT -5

    Manitoba: GMT - 6

    Saskatchewan: GMT - 6

    Alberta: GMT - 7

    British Columbia: GMT - 8

(This information is as of June 2008), England and Canada both observe Daylight Savings Time, except for the province of Saskatchewan and a small part of British Columbia.

Ex) Because Ontario is GMT -5, Ontario is 5 hours behind England.

I'm not going to include the Candian territories (Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest) because their timezone borders are more vague and mixed.

    Hope this helps
