They are 16 hours ahead of Pacific time (so 13 hours ahead of East coast time).  Right now it's 11:54am in California, it's 3:54am on August 15 there.

I just want to correct the 2nd answer, I am from the Central time zone and when i went over there I sent my clock 14 hours ahead.

Depends which time zone you are in here in the US.  I live in the central time zone and I belive they are about 12 or 13 hours ahead of me.
