Time difference in Guam?

What's the time difference in Guam compared to East Coast time (NYC)? I've looked it up online and I've seen 14 hours ahead, some people have told me 12, and I've heard 11 also. Can anyone answer this for good?

Neither, they are actually 15 hours ahead. Reason being that the East Coast is UTC -5. Guam is UTC +10. Add 15 to -5 and you get 10. 15 hours ahead.

Guam is 14 hours ahead of New York. If the time is 12:00pm (midday) in New York on Monday the 18th of August at Guam it will be 2:00am on Tuesday the 19th of August.
