if its 10:40 my time what time would it be in france?

Time for France is nine hours ahead of central time in the United States, so if you live in the US, it's 7.40 (central), 6.40 (eastern), 8.40 (mountains), and 9.40 (western)... but if you live somewhere other than the US, you should list what time zone you're actually in, so that you'll get a clearer answer.

That depends... where are you??  If you'r ein the UK then 10:40 your time is 11:40 French time.
