As this is in hobbies and crafts may I suggest cross stitch - it is a time consuming and very pleasant hobby.

my niece taght my kids about a website called egg2.com. It is filled with free fun little games and stuff. Some are dumb, some have no instructions and some are all in japanese but there are so many that you can easily waste some time.
