  1. We can travel through time. In fact, we're always doing it, with every second that passes.

  2. We can and do travel through time and space in exactly the same manner. It is simply an illusion that makes it seem as though you can move forward and back in the three spatial dimensions. In fact, you can only move forward. The universe is expanding at greater than light speed. No matter how hard you try, you can't stand still. You are moving forward all the time, and you can't stop it, reverse it, or return to a previous point in space. It's gone. You can't go back to where you were yesterday, in either space or time. But it seems as though you can, because everything around you is moving at pretty much the same speed, relative to you. So relative to the things around you, you can move forward or backward through space. In reality, you can only move forward through space, but you can do it faster or slower, relative to the things around you. This is exactly the same as how we move through time. You can move through time faster or slower than the things around you, but you can't keep from moving forward.

The dimensions of time and space function exactly the same.

  3. Time is not a physical dimension, we have three physical dimensions.
