  1. No wonder you are asking, Rail Europe won't give you any timetables or prices.  I wouldn't use raileurope.com for point-to-point tickets, the timetables are incomplete and the prices a ripoff.

    Travelling through Germany by rail is on the die Bahn network and not RailEurope.

    The fastest way (3hrs/36mins) is on a direct train which leaves at 07:44, 09:44 and 11:44.  There are other departure times but they involve 1-2 connections.  Cost for the 07:44 and 09:44 departures are €55, 2nd class seats, ICE train.  The 11:44 is €52, 2nd class, IC train.  You can bring your favorite drinks, sandwiches, snacks with you on the train.
