  1. you get three notices. One every 30 days. Last bill will most likely be your last notice, from their it will be transferred to a collection agency for further action. If you are the person billing then you will be required to bill with in 6 months. For medical if its aHMO insurance you need to submit your claim within 90 days, for PPO insurance you have 1 calender year to submit claims to the insurance for reimbursment of services.
