I'm 6'2 height and 170 lbs, (age 13). I do football 2 hrs a day 5 days a week and hockey 4 days a week for 2 hrs. I'm currently doing reverse crunches and crunches and these are my current resultshttp://www.myspace.com/anthhahnyOn average how many crunches/reverse would I need to do to get that deep 6 pack, I'm on a very healthy diet.
