Time to reduce belly?

I want to reduce my belly. I swim but I guess that not really enough foe me to reduce the belly. I want to know few things to reduce the belly and how much time does it take to reduce it.

  2. dont eat too much.if you want to reduce your belly faster its better to do fasting,it will also benifit your body.

    eat less do more  

  3. Swimming is great, so is actually cutting down on junk food and empty calories. Combine that with 200 sit ups daily and you should reduce belly fat.

    Just drink water instead of other empty calories such as juice, soda, alcohol, etc.

    And dont forget to do other high intensity exercises and weight lifting also can help build lean overall muscle.
