Time to upgrade my cell, any suggestions for a phone with features I've listed?

I'm leaving my Sony Ericsson w600i

I LOVED this phone, it had everything I could of asked for, but after 4 yrs and countless drops to floor, the time's right for an upgrade.

I really like Sony Ericsson but may consider others

also I prefer AT&T's coverage.

Features I'm looking for include:

(in order of importance)

NO FLIPS

+ 3 MP Camera

Music/Song I.D.

Web document handling

Easy Texting

QWERTY boards not needed
