Time warner cable??

i have time warner basic cable right now and im thinking about getting digital. the website doesnt give too much info. but i wanna know if i can just get the cable and not the phone and internet too. i already have at&t phone and internet bundled. and im just looking to get one of those year packages that are cheaper than what im payin now. if anybody can give me any info or tell me how to get info...great.im lookin to pay less than $50/mo.

yes...you can get cable TV and Internet from TW the bundle is called poverty deal for 99 dollars....
