Time warner digital phone not working?

Question

i woke up this morning to realize that my phone service through time warner isn't working. when i pick up the phone there is no dial tone. is there anyway to fix this problem without calling time warner?

first,  reboot the modem..........2nd. take out your the power supply .........wait 60 sec and put it back in...try it....it usually works for me...I have TW digital phone...
