Time warner help??!!??

How do I reboot my time warner cable box with the buttons on it ? I am talking about the main one

Unplug it and then plug it back in...this will reset the box and take any sort of updates it may have missed.  Customer Service can also send a master reset to the box but that will get rid of any sort of set up that the tech may have done.  But if you tell me the type of box I can tell you what to press to take care of that.
