If I run a 400 in 1-44 (I know I'm slow but I'm a lineman) what should my mile time come out to if I add time from being tired. Also how much should I increase my running everyday?

  1. You really can't tell your mile time biased on what you ran for a sprint time. I can run a 400 in 62s and my mile is 5:29. Another girl on the team can run a mile in 5:15 but her 400 is 69. Increase you running every week by 1/2 mile for your long runs and less for short runs.

  2. if you add time when your tired it is a likely possibility that you will only get a minute faster so the best thing to do is run somewhere like the park or a beach broad walk . and another thing is to drink alot of water ,do sprints, do longer distances,get a full eight Hours of sleep and try your best. email me to ask how i know this.

  3. 5:00;

    lift weights; do spirnts and long distance

  4. Your time would come out to be like 9 minutes if you ran a mile. You should practice short sprints repeatedly and run around 3 miles every other day or so and practice running 400s. Eat a healthier diet also.
