Timekeeper Glitch in Timeslips 2006

Question

Whenever I try to enter my time and expense slips in Timeslips 2006, another Timekeeper's name comes up and I have to manually change it every time. How can I fix this? I have checked other users programs and their names all come up automatically. It isn't a huge deal, but can be annoying.
