Times-Warner Cable NE Ohio?

Times-Warner cable TV recently changed their channel line up and apparently at about the same time switched to"mystro" that appears to be a new system for cable boxes to get premium channels.

My remote control now does not work properly. It will work intermitentaly. Repair men have been here 3 times. The first time replaced the box. It still gave me problems. Then I went to Times Warner and obtained a new remote. After that repair has been here twice and can find nothing wrong.

Has anyone else experienced a problem like this?

I understand their system updates and dowloads late at night (thought that might be my problem also); however, for last 3 nights starting about 8:30 EST it stops working.

My remote is working fine. But, the cable box seems slow, like switching from channel to channel. Not too thrilled with the "new" service.
