Timeslips & Windows XP Services

Question

I recently disabled some XP Services & Startup programs in order to speed up my computer without writing down what I disabled (yes, not very smart). Anyways, I recently try to access Timeslips v11 and the program just froze! It opens to a white page and stays there forever.Any idea what services is needed for Timeslips to function normally? Thanks in advance!
