i was checking out the trek equinoxttx9.9sl and she comes in three frame sizes small medium an large . my prob is i am 5.5 in height so would a small be to big for me an no there no bike shops near me

The small has a 52 cm top tube, which is pretty short. This is comparable to a 50 cm road bike. You should size small. For the price there are other options available (with more sizing options).
