Timezone uk?

will the uk ever have -1 timezone and gmt timezone because some parts are in the -1 timezone line?

The UK is, and probably always be, in the GMT time zone. It wouldn't make sense for a country to have two different time zones, just think about the difficulty and confusion it would cause.
