I have a 206rb-3 I had a crash. I have followed every thing in the manual for resting the timing. It bindes up and the safety clutch keeps releasing when i roll it over by hand. It wont pick up the bobbin thread and it binds up some where. If you rock the hand wheel it will roll past the bind. I have checked everything that I can see and do seem to be able to get it timed again to sew.
